8-Week Summer Challenge

Who do you want to become?

I ask myself this question constantly! Sometimes the answer is perfectly clear and I could describe that man perfectly to you!

Other times the image is foggy and I can barely make it out!

One thing is always clear though!

I MUST ALWAYS BE STRIVING TO GET BETTER!

I also must continue to refine my definition of better!

But how do you do that when life is throwing 10,000 responsibilities and challenges at you at a time!

I get it!

With work, kids, your wife, and just life in general there is enough stuff going on to keep you up at night already!

The last thing you want to do is add to your own plate one more thing you have to do everyday!

But what if I told you that there are things that you could do everyday that would make all the other things you do in your life easier and that you would become better and better at EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Sounds to good to be true right!?

I promise it's not!

There a 4 simple thing that you can do everyday that will consistently move you in the direction of becoming a better you, no matter who you are!

No matter what you do for a living, how many hours you work, how much you travel, or how many kids you have.

If you can learn how to:

1. Track you food!

2. Hit your protein and calories!

3. Drink at least 120 oz of water a day!

4. Get in at least 30-45 minutes of intentional movement (some type of workout even if that's walking if that's all you can do at 1st!

I can guarantee you will get results!

So how do you do these thing in the middle of all the chaos you are already dealing with!
